A podcast dedicated to discussing the works of great sci-fi writers - well worth a download as they always have something interesting to discuss.   Want to have your say about a commentary you just listened to, or simply glorify or rubbish one? This is the site for you.
     
Cinemaslave   Renegade Commentaries
Podcast run by the irrepresible Joe Barlow - as the name suggests it mainly covers movies but it delves into other interesting areas as well. Recommended.   If there were elder statesmen of the alternate commentary community, these guys would be it. They are poms, but don't let that put you off their enjoyable commentaries on a staggering array of films. .
     
Podblast   Podshock
Bunch of Canadian maniacs who do what we do - sit in front of a screen and talk about a movie for two hours. If you like your alternate commentaries a bit zany, these are you lads.   One of the excellent Doctor Who podcasts out there.
     
 
The best online resource for locating alternate DVD commentaries. They also produce a bit of software to help commentary listeners sync their DVD with the mp3 file, to allow effortless playback.   A group of Brits who like to have a bit of fun with their Who reviews - always an enjoyable listen. Their host Tony also joins Trevor as co-host for the Whocast.
